@Johnson Lau -
@Johnson Lau -

May I ask a question based on the case of Switzerland?
In Switzerland, the properties are owned by 20% of the locals (landlords), while the other 80% of residents just rent their home. They are very used to this mode, and some people can live in their owned rented home for nearly their whole life! Does it bring the same problems to this country then? Just wonder......
@fongyun - Um. but there is no 'sea' in Switzerland Bor?!
Would it be the fact that the sense of belongings (歸屬感) of the Swiss people comes from their rights (they can vote to decide on an issue about once every two months) and the good protection of their wealth and the high income? (If a Swiss resident (not any student coming to study or those with only the kinds of 'useless living permits') is unemployed, (s)he gets paid (by the Gov. of course) two-third of the current salary for the first year, regardless of the former post / occupation of the unemployed and the reasons why (s)he is unemployed (so that many people quit their job once a while to travel around or to study, etc.), and there are different 'minimum wage' levels, even for the overseas students undertaking paid internship, the minimum monthly salary is about (at least, as the rate is slightly different between cantons) SFr2 000 (/CHF) before tax, and still above SFr1 800 after tax! The protection of their leisure time as well, of course, has contributed to its stability, I reckon!
